Job Title:

Sales & Marketing Director

Reporting To:

Managing Director

Basic Job Description:

- Responsible for all facets of sales and marketing for the business
- To lead and motivate all internal and external personnel to achieve targets and objectives
- Along with other Board members, contribute to long and short term strategic planning
- Champion new product development

Remuneration & Benefits:

c. £60,000 plus significant bonus potential for achieving agreed targets.  Fully expensed executive car, pension scheme, private medical insurance, PHI.

Location:

Location is not an issue but expect successful candidate to spend up to 30% of time at Essex base.

Qualifications & Experience:

The successful candidate will have an outstanding career track record with experience and knowledge of either/or both the Door and Window Industry or PVCu building product distribution and installation.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate a high level of personal commitment and motivation.

Other Notes:

Will have a very credible and presentable image, considerable skills in people management and customer care.
Desire to be a winner.
