Basic Job Description:

Leay Ltd are a long established window and curtain wall manufacturer and installer based in Aylesford Kent and we are looking to bolster our senior management team with the introduction of a contracts manager, who will be responsible for the successful installation of our product on main contractor sites.  Responsibilities will include safety on site, a close cooperative relationship with the contractor, sub-contractor control, working on design with the project designer.  In fact all aspects from order through to successful completion and payment will be included.  On larger projects there may be a requirement to be site based.

Remuneration & Benefits:

The package is open to negotiation and discussion but will be competitive and will include a fully funded company car and contributory pension.

Location:

The manufacturing and office base is near Maidstone in Kent and the company has sites throughout South East England.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally from a main contractor background the successful applicant is likely to have at least seven years experience in predominantly site based management positions with a professional manner and outlook.
