Job Title:

Contracts Manager / Site Supervisor

Reporting To:

Colin Mills - Contracts Director

Basic Job Description:

Manage the contracts as assigned, including involvement in the pre-contract and design stages through to completion and snagging.  To deliver on time, within budget and to build and maintain relationships with our customers.  Our contracts range in value from £100k to £1m.

Remuneration & Benefits:

Salary based on experience.  Benefits include pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, bonus scheme and company car.

Location:

Anaco are based in Birkenhead and the successful candidate will be required to attend weekly meetings in the offices.  We have contracts throughout the UK.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience of managing contracts for 3 - 5 years, have a valid CSCS card and experience of Metal Technology, Technal and Kawneer systems although product training can be arranged.
